Hubs

A Collaboration Hub brings members together around a service, opportunity or project. The aim is not simply to create another group. The aim is to build something useful that creates value for members and clients and expands the capability of ARC.

Why build a Hub?

A Hub can:

  • build an asset from the skills, knowledge and relationships of members
  • expand ARC's value
  • attract more people
  • provide better service through complementary specialists
  • create projects, services and commercial opportunities

How it works

There is no cash investment required to get started. Hubs are built around the contribution of the people involved — their skills, time, knowledge, relationships and capability.

ARC provides the structure around the Hub, including the way contributions, work and value are organised.

The Facilitator

Every Collaboration Hub has a Facilitator who helps bring the right people together, keeps the Hub moving, supports collaboration and maintains the Hub's record.
